Part-Time Administrative Assistant

(Flexible Schedule)

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in Financial Services Industry.

  • Basic knowledge of investments is preferred.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

  • Excellent computer skills - familiar with Microsoft Office.

  • Works independently.

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Business processing and case follow up.

  • Preparation of client reviews.

  • Strong Client service.

  • CRM System Input/Updating.
